Flooding along the Bakassi Delta has displaced roughly 2,400 people, many of whom are now in temporary camps with no reliable access to clean water.
This fund covers water purification tablets, tarpaulin shelter kits, and a two-week supply of basic medical stock for the two clinics currently serving the camps. Distribution is being coordinated with the district health office to avoid duplication with other agencies.
Because this is an active emergency, funds are disbursed as they arrive rather than held until the goal is met.
